Over the years, I’ve led creative teams in both agency and in-house environments—from global tech brands like GoPro and PlayStation to consumer goods such as Bass Pro Shops and Williams-Sonoma and most recently leading creative and company-wide AI initiatives at a global design agency, Aquent Studios. This dual perspective has shaped how I think about brand building: as both a strategic discipline and a deeply collaborative process.
