With the expanding product offerings and advances in technology found in GoPro cameras, customer service inquiries were on the uprise. This is what inspired the initiative to create a crowd-sourced support hub. I was tasked to design the interface of that support forum. A large challenge was to categorize every GoPro product/service in a digestible format that was intuitive for the customer to find the product which they had questions for. I designed unique icons and gamification rewards to encourage customer participation on the forum. The Hub was a huge success, and continues to aid customers in all their GoPro product needs.
