GoPro Plus was a new subscription service offered by GoPro allowing for a more seamless integration and customer experience between the GoPro camera and mobile device. This included cloud storage for photos and videos, a warranty program for damaged cameras and merchandise discounts, among other things. Leading up to the launch, I was tasked to design a lifecycle email series to help educate the customer with all touch points of the GoPro Plus service. This 15-part email series takes the customer down that educational path. I worked with CRM, ecomm and marketing partners to deliver the full story of this service, while maintaining a common brand aesthetic found in our preexisting marketing materials. A modular format was used in this redesigned email template, keeping mobile layouts top of mind.
