The HERO5 camera was the first of its kind in both capabilities and form factor from GoPro. I had the pleasure of leading the design for the HERO5 launch campaign emails. These emails were built using a newly redesigned, modular template I designed side-by-side with the CRM team. The overall layout and esthetic of the emails were simple, clean and easily digestible for customers. This series featured several up-sell and cross-marketing emails for accessories, apps and services like GoPro Plus as well as the new drone, Karma. With as many new products and services coming to market, this gave me an opportunity to weave elements of each series across all touch points, giving customers a holistic brand experience, regardless of entry point.
